You have NO EXCHANGE PROCESS! C'mon guys, if you want to sell direct to consumer, you need the infrastructure internally to support it....
Here's what you advised: "Unfortunately, we don't have an exchange system in place. I have yet to try these wellies in cold weather to see if the Dunlop promise about their warmth lives up to the hype. Slightly disappointed as I have nearly always bought Dunlops before size 5 and have had enough room for thick socks. With these, there won't be room for welly socks somewhat undermining the promise of keeping chilblains at bay. I should have bought a size 6.

These were bought to replace an identical pair which have had three years of hard use. Only replaced because the tread on the sole was wearing quite thin. They are worn every day in bad weather for dog walking and other tasks around the garden and the warm lining and soft, flexible rubber make them a very comfortable boot.

My kids like these wellies. I prefer an upgraded Dunlop welly. However, these are great. I love that they’ve never developed leaks, to my memory, and that each year, I can just buy the next size up and the kids (my fussy, foot-sensitive, shoe-hating kids) can throw these on and get on with their outdoor fun without complaint. They take an age to dry if water gets in over the top.

I wear wellies for approximately 4 hours per day, I have purchased every brand of wellington boot on the market. The Dunlop blizzard boot is leagues above any other boot due to its design & durability, every other brand of boot has split within the first 2months.

I found these really needed an extra in sole for anything more than a stroll. Unfortunately they also seem to leak a bit from the toe area when used in slushy snow.

Annoyed you have to pay to return when the fit is all wrong. I won’t be buying from Dunlop again.

Had to order 3 pairs before I got pair the the lining was correctly sewn without lumps in. Last pair wasn't perfect in that respect but better.
Do not recommend ordering from Dunlop website as customer service and returns procedure for refund takes weeks. Order through amazon easy return and instant refund. How it should be done.

Great for walking the dogs on those cold muddy days, done plenty of walks with them and when they are muddy they still look like new.

Very comfortable boots. Unfortunately when I tried tightening the drawstring on the right boot the cord snapped with little strain. The other is solid. Thankfully they fit nicely and I can’t be bothered to go through the whole process of packing, taking to the Post Office, paying to return and wait for another pair.
My brother and wife have the same pair and theirs are fine. I think I just got unlucky.

The shoe size fits well but my calves are a little bulky, so they don't fit too well! For reference I'm a size 4 shoe with thickish calves!
Other than that, no issues with waterproofing, very comfy and warm! Overall very happy!

I had a pair of these boots which were very comfortable and easy to get on and off. Unfortunately, I had a split in the side of one boot and ordered a new pair of the same size 8. Regrettably they are much harder to get on and off to the extent that I have now reverted to my previous boot that was not split. The other new boot is still hard to get on and off.

Comfortable even though I have wide feet. The weather has been mild so not worn thick socks yet, but they are 'fur' lined so perhaps may not need to. Worn when fishing in Scotland and they were great. Good grip even on wet leafy rocks.
