Purofort+ Wellington

been wearing them for over 30 years at work and dog walking. Love the non slip feature

This is the third time I have purchased these boots. Although the same model, they have all been different in some respects. The new ones are marked as Mk3 so I assume I have had Mk1 and Mk2 previously. I was happy with Mk1, less happy with Mk2 and am so far very happy with Mk3 - this is because of the improved sole which has much better anti slip properties.

My previous pair lasted 7 years so hope these last just as long.

Easy to wear, hopefully they won’t split up back

I love these wellies. Having spent most of my life in cheep garden centre wellies, switching to these was a revelation. They are nearly half the weight of my old ones, it's such a big difference. In the wet, soggy Autumn, I'm quite happy heading out for 5 mile hikes in them. I'd have had blisters everywhere in the old ones. The Purofort material works well as an insulator. We've a nearby shallow stream that kids played in all the time. With these wellies I can stand there all day without my feet getting cold. If your looking for some gardening, walking wellies and have never owned a set of Purofort, then as an anonymous random person on the internet, I guarantee you won't regret the extra cost.

Great wellies

Soles are very thin compared to my last work Bekina wellingtons. I can feel stones through the sole.Also I can’t fit my trousers and overalls inside the dunlops, my calf’s aren’t that big. I’m size 12 clothes and average height. Unfortunately won’t be recommending these wellingtons.
