This is my second pair of the Dunlop safety wellingtons. The first pair were very comfortable on my slim feet with added insoles. Unfortunately I ripped the toe area with a garden fork, my feet were protected, but the waterproof seal was damaged and I couldn't find a repair kit that worked. Will be more careful with this pair.

I think this website is defective. I definitely ordered size 12 and was extremely disappointed this morning to have a size 4 (which is the default and smallest size) delivered. Then I check the returns policy and I not only have to pay the return postage but I will also lose the original postage. So it's going to cost me £8 to gain, nothing. So forgive me but I'm going to buy a pair elsewhere than your rubbish website.

I was worried that sneaker fit would make them difficult to get on and off but they are fine. They are comfortable and warmer than ordinary wellies. The tread pattern is good and does not get so clogged up to make them like mud skates!
Really like them for dog walking, fishing and gardening.

I did wonder about “Sneaker fit” and if they would be difficult to take off. Not so - easy on and off and really comfortable fit for normal shoe size. They are warm and good to walk in, particularly with a midsole to make it better over a stoney surface.
They don’t feel heavy when wearing even though they are safety boots. Very pleased and look forward to long service from them.

These are just great wellies. I get a replacement pair every few years as they see a lot of use and they’re reliably the same high quality every time. The full safety gives them a good degree of stiffness in the sole, so they’re surprisingly good for walking as well as working outdoors.

I thought I had made a purchased from a SCAM website, which was a concern as you had processed my payment card details. Communicate properly with your customers otherwise you will lose their business. Email them a:

Thank them for their business.
The boots are great, with fast delivery, so its a shame that your customer service is non-existent

Great pair of wellies, they are my second pair, the old ones lasted me years, and I am only buying a new pair because I lost my old pair! The keep my feet warm in the winter, with the red lining, and they are comfortable for use over long times, especially when at work!!
