TerraPro Wellingtons

I'm so pleased that I had a post in my emails for this type of purofort, traditional wellington boot. They are as comfortable as my old pair that I've had for over 10 years and they're still going strong. These actually have enough room to tuck work trousers in too. The last pair of purofort that I ordered from you I had to return as they weren't a patch on my old ones and too tight on calves for work trousers.

I have been using Dunlop Actifort wellies for a few years, but have been buying UK size 10, which is my foot size. Unfortunately, they are actually size Eur 44, which equates to 9.5 in UK sizes, so I decided to try a UK size 10.5 (Eur 45), which turned out to be a wise move, as these fit me far better and so are much more comfortable. The Terrapro wellies are much lighter than the Actiforts and very comfortable. The grip is good on soft and muddy terrain, but not so good on wet or frosty grass, on firm ground, as the soles are quite soft and won't bite into firm ground. Many years ago, I had a pair of Dunlop Wildlife wellies, which were also made from Polyurethane and those were comfortable for long walks and in cold weather. These promise to be just as good, but time will tell.

Added ⭐ and paragraph at end. New wellies arrived today. Not what I was expecting but I bought them online. The boots are very light, soles very flexible and the fit is good. Whilst I don’t need a steel mid plate on a pair of dog walking wellies, I was not expecting to feel every pebble under my feet on a boot called Terra Pro. Bought these wellies after; a pair of Hunter balmoral and 3 pairs of various heavy duty Muck Boots lasted less than 2months before leaking (well cared for) I’ve not returned the terras as they are half the price of the failed wellies above, if the terra pros are not leaking in March they will be infinitely better. After a week of 3x daily dog walks, I’m now used to the different feel of these wellies and really appreciating the close fit. Grip in mud/clay is excellent. The heavy stormguard covered MB Chores have gone in the bin. Adding a 5th ⭐in March is feeling likely.

Ive tried a lot of the posh wellies with the big price tags and they're not durable. I've come back to a reasonbly priced Dunlop and they are so much comfier than i remember. Theyre nice and light which is good all day on the farm. Great tread although with that slightly annoyingly the tread wedges stones more so than other makes.

Great dog walking boots in the winter, comfortable, light & don't rub

The left foot has an air bubble in the surface and the right boot has an issue around the red button. They look like a pair of “seconds”. Disappointing quality.
