I've previously had this model of Wellington for about 20 years, that's how long they've lasted and very comfortable they were too! So I went to the local shop to buy the same again. Tried them on quickly in the shop, but failed to notice that the toe box end appears to be shaped slightly different to the old boots, so there is less width at the widest point of the boot / foot. And I don't think rubber will stretch to fit over time like leather. Of course I only noticed this when I got home, so back to the shop they go. Hopefully the next size up will sort this out but otherwise the fit is good.
